We roll out of TGJ at 6:02 p.m.
Depending on attendance, we usually have one pace group in the 16-mph range, one in the 17-18 range, and one in the 19+ range. It will be a no-drop ride with at least one sweep who will hang back with you as long as you can keep a 14-mph pace.
This 17.5-mile route goes through three counties on a mix of country roads, city streets, and residential neighborhood streets. It’s a relatively new route for us, but all the roads have been part of various On Draft routes in the past. You can view it at https://ridewithgps.com/routes/35527713 . Rich Draney worked up an extra loop near the end of the ride for to add 4.6 miles. He or Mark Mason will take the fast group along that route starting Thursday, May 27. Join us after the ride at the Jug for a wide and fun assortment of brews! You can get take-out from the Chinese restaurant on one side of TGJ or the Indian restaurant on the other side.
You must bring a bicycle helmet, water, spare tube, and patch kit. Glasses are recommended for eye protection.

*We require that riders be 14 days out from their final Covid vaccination. Please hold off until an appropriate time if you have not been fully vaccinated or if you have any Covid symptoms. We’re following CDC guidelines including masks and social distancing; however, we will not wear masks while rolling.
Covid sucks for multiple reasons, including the necessity of continuing taking precautions even as the risks begin to subside. Please bear with us and understand that On Draft is doing this for your safety and the safety of everyone that anyone that any of us come into contact with. If you have not been vaccinated and want a riding buddy, please drop me a line at bagmanchris at gmail dot com, so you and I and one or two of your friends can figure out a time and place to ride that are convenient for all of us. This will mitigate the risk of riding in larger groups.
