Training Ride ( B pace 15 to 17 mph ) NO DROP

NOTICE the time change. (ready to depart at 9:00) We are once again changing the dynamics of this group. We are still going to ride between 36-43 miles, however, we are going to stay between 15 and 17 miles per hour. We are going to ride as a group (unless Carl/Ian let’s you race to a turn or stop sign) The group will work together to bring new riders up to speed and allow the more seasoned riders go up front and pull. This will be a no drop ride, however, you need to be able to do the distance and we will help you with your speed. Carl 336-817-3583 Ian 413-237-6599

Skip Direct to Patterson Rd saves 4 miles.
Skip New smooth pavement at Olive Grove Baptist church saves another mile.
Skip Holt Lake Wall saves 2 miles and a small climb.
