NOTE – WE ARE RAMPING UP OUR DISTANCE TO 30 MILES BEGINNING THIS WEEK.
The GYROS and SPOKE CYCLES are teaming up to offer the Wake Forest cycling community another weekday option to ride.
We’ll practice pacelines, climbing and sprinting. Experienced riders looking for something different and riders wanting to gain more group riding experience are welcome to join.
This is a TRAINING RIDE! If you like to ride off the front and create chaos, then you are in the wrong group. If you can’t maintain the minimum posted pace (17mph), then you are also in the wrong group. We RIDE and WORK together. There may be stretches where riders will be allowed to play.
You MUST be able to maintain the minimum posted pace and have a road bike. The pace is always dictated by who shows up!
The pace and distance will increase as the season wears on.

Be ready to roll at 6pm.
