Dear NCBC Members, In light of NC Governor Roy Cooper’s state of emergency declaration and recommendations to cancel large events, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the NCBC Spring Rally on March 29. We hope you understand that this was a thoughtful and collective decision of both your Board of Directors and the Spring Rally Event Committee, and was made to protect all involved. We will see you in the saddle again soon.
